  • How does the subscription work?
    Choose a subscription plan that suits your home and needs whether you need 1,2 or 3 cameras securing the outside of your home. Use our CCTV system for your home as little or as long as you need. All we require is 1 weeks cancellation notice period and we will arrange with you to come back and uninstall our cameras.
  • How does the recording work?
    All recordings are saved to the app on your phone or a tablet even if your phone is switched off the recordings will always be there.
  • Can I use the app on more then one device?
    Yes you can. We set up your personal account and log in details and you can choose anyone to log into your cameras if you give them your password. You can download the app and use on any smart phone or tablet of your choice. The app will always be free to our customers.
  • What do we need at home in order to use the cameras?
    Each camera requires Wifi and a plug socket in order to power them. We assess the house properly and advise where best to install.
  • I'm not very good using apps and I'm not sure I will be able to use it correctly?
    Don't worry! Our technician will provide you with easy training so you will be comfortable with the app and you can call us if you need further help.
  • What if there are any technical problems with the cameras?
    Throughout the duration of rental, all call out charges are completely free if there are any technical issues with your CCTV.
  • What if we don't want to subscribe them anymore?
    That's no problem. We will give you a call and arrange a day and time we can come back to uninstall and collect our cameras. To cancel, give us one week’s notice by email to cancel@ahscctv.co.uk
  • What is the length of contract we must take out?
    No length at all. Some customers may only need them for a few weeks to catch anti social behaviour on film, but usually our customers stay long term because it gives them piece of mind.
  • Are there any other hidden fees or charges?
    We charge £5 for late rental fee connection and a £25 call out charge to reconnect your CCTV if you change your wifi box.
  • I'm not sure how many cameras I need?
